Mondays:
 
9.30am - 11.30am Messy and Natural Play
Explore, create, get messy and have fun in this exciting and enjoyable messy session
1.30pm - 3.00pm Sign and Rhyme (parent and child activity)
Learn up to 50 signs to help your baby develop language skills and sing and sign to nursery rhymes.
 
Tuesdays:
 
9.30am - 11.30am Mums and Tums (ante natal and post natal drop-in)
A session for mums-to-be and new mums to meet and chat about their experiences and swap ideas. A community midwife will also be there to answer any questions
9.30am - 11.30am Childminder Drop-in
9.30am - 4.00pm Job centre plus
2.00pm - 3.30pm Toy Library
Including between 2.00pm and 3.00pm a play and stay session where children can test the toys available for hire.
 
Wednesday:
 
9.30am - 10.30am Baby and Toddler Gym
10.30am - 11.30am Baby and Toddler Gym
Jump, climb and tumble over our soft play apparatus. Sing, dance and enjoy free and expressive play.
1.00pm - 2.00pm Boogie Babies and Toddlers (Under 14 months)
2.00pm - 3.00pm (Over 14 months)
A busy session where you are taken on a magical journey using music, dance and movement. (Please note that places on this session must be pre booked at reception)
1.30pm - 4.00pm Breastfeeding Support
Struggling with breastfeeding, need help or advice? Come along and get some support
 
Thursday:
 
9.30am - 11.30am Alphabet Books
Work your way through the alphabet using jolly phonics with action and singing, whilst playing and being creative.
11.00am - 12.30pm Baby Massage
A session to teach you how to massage and relax your baby. (Especially for babies under 12 months)
1.00pm - 3.00pm Well Baby Clinic
A great opportunity to meet other parents, chat and make friends. Also find out a wide range of information. Have your baby weighed and speak to a health visitor for advice and support.
2.00pm - 4.00pm Ante Natal Drop In
Run by a local community midwife.
 
Friday:
 
10.00am - 11.30pm Friday Fun
Formal Story Time, a fun session with toys, creativity and a story circle.
11.00am - 12.00pm Family Worker Drop-in
Any concerns about behviour, routines and any other issues, drop in and see one of our family workers
1.00pm - 2.00pm Baby Yoga
2.00pm - 3.00pm Baby Yoga
Learn how to stretch and move your child's joints and limbs in this fun yoga session
 
Other Services
 
Police Community Support Officer PCSO Andy Dixon will be in the centre on the last Thursday of every month to discuss any concerns or worries you have.
 
Parent Craft
For parents-to-be, a four week course to prepare for your new arrival, including a tour of the hospital maternity unit. Suitable for mums-to-be over 30 weeks. Please book at reception
